Please contact us using the Snagged Again Custom Baits website email under the contact as page to resolve any issues or request a refund and to receive a RMA number(return merchandise authorization) before initiating a charge back with your financial institution. This may take up to two business days.

We reserve the right to charge an administrative research fee of $50 for any chargebacks without merit or prior contact with our support team. Any fraudulent charge backs including “friendly fraud” where a legitimate purchase is disputed as unauthorized will be charged the administrative fee, as noted above.

All charges will appear as Snagged Again Custom Baits on your bank statement to prevent unrecognized charges/friendly fraud disputes.

Please note there are no returns on custom orders. Non-custom items may be returned only after contacting us and receiving an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and must be in original, unused and re-sellable condition. Customer pays any return shipping. Authorized refunds in approved condition will be reimbursed within two business days of return of the merchandise.
